A Trailer, a Family, a Whole Lot of Flavor

The Zack Shack started as a single snowcone trailer parked on US-79 — and it's grown into the go-to summer stop for Henderson. Hand-shaved ice, real fruit, and a menu that keeps growing: snowcones, scooped ice cream, frozen pops, candy, fudge, and gourmet popcorn, all made or served fresh right here.

A permanent Scoop Shop & Café is on the way in 2027 — same flavor, same family, a real roof over it.
