Our Story

The Zack Shack Story

One trailer. One family. A whole lot of flavor.

How It Started

Parked on US-79, Built by Hand

The Zack Shack started as one orange trailer parked on US-79 in Henderson — a family project, built and run by hand, with a simple goal: cold treats made right, served with a smile. Every snowcone is still hand-shaved to order, and the menu has grown from there — scooped ice cream, frozen pops, candy, fudge, and fresh-popped popcorn, all served out of the same trailer that started it all.

What We Believe

Real Fruit. Real Ingredients. Real Flavor.

It's on every bag and every pop for a reason — it's how we actually make everything.

Real Fruit

Real pineapple, real coconut water, real fruit flavors — not just fruit-shaped sugar.

Made By Hand

Snowcones hand-shaved, ice cream hand-scooped, fudge and toffee made in small batches.

East Texas Made

Made and served right here in Henderson — not shipped in from anywhere else.

Henderson, Texas

Thank You, Henderson

This town is why the trailer's still parked here. Every regular, every new face at the window, every kid who begs for one more flavor before we close — that's what keeps The Zack Shack running. We're grateful for every bit of it.

Coming 2027

A Permanent Home

The trailer's not going anywhere, but a real Scoop Shop & Café is on the way — same flavor, same family, with indoor seating and a full menu under one roof. Henderson's watched us grow one snowcone at a time, and this is the next step.
